the first part was good,

but the 2nd half seemed like you were lazy, just transforming characters with the "transform tool".
nice frame by frame in the first half, but it was a bit unorganized...
and stop it from looping, make a preloader or something ;D

animation, well, it looks like its just the rough poses, not the fingers etc.
